Fear in labor can create and contribute to pain and pain in labor creates and contributes to fear. What if instead of fear your felt anticipation of joy? Six bi-monthly sessions begin in the 6th month of pregnancy and will focus on your vision for giving birth. Aided by hypnosis, you and your coach will learn how to recognize your fears and their triggers, prepare your mind for delivery, and be well practiced at relaxation and "glove anesthesia" by your delivery date. At delivery, you will be prepared to use your own endorphin response and experience childbirth as positive, with greater comfortable, and joy instead of fear.
